These terms apply to the use of this website and to consultations provided by Shastralaya Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16655259), whose registered office is 14 Queensway, Royal Leamington Spa, CV31 3JY, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Shastralaya Limited, and "you" means the person using the site or attending a consultation.

By using this website or booking a consultation, you accept these terms. Please also read our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

Who may book

Consultations are available only to adults aged 18 and over. We may decline or end a consultation where we believe this condition is not met.

The service we provide

A consultation consists of taking a thumb impression, searching the palm leaf bundles held for a leaf identified as yours, and reading out and explaining that leaf. Where the leaf sets out traditional remedies, these are explained to you. Consultations in the United Kingdom are given in English.

Readings are offered for entertainment and spiritual purposes. We give no assurance as to accuracy or outcome. Please see the Disclaimer for the full position.

Appointments

• Appointments are made by telephone or WhatsApp on 07547 016 137, or by email, and are confirmed by us.
• Consultations take place at 14 Queensway, Royal Leamington Spa, or online by arrangement.
• Allow approximately 90 minutes. The search for a leaf can take longer on some days.
• For an in-person consultation your thumb impression is taken on the day. For an online consultation you send it in advance by email or WhatsApp: right thumb for gentlemen, left thumb for ladies.
• Working hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Closed on Mondays.

Fees and payment

• The fee is £120 per client. It is all inclusive and is not charged per chapter.
• Payment is taken only after your matching leaf has been located, read out and explained to you, and you are satisfied with the consultation.
• We accept cash and bank transfer.
• Where no matching leaf is identified, the position on payment will be explained to you before the consultation ends.

Cancellations and changes

If you cannot attend, please tell us as early as you reasonably can by telephone or WhatsApp so the appointment can be offered to someone else. Because payment is taken after the consultation, no deposit is held and no cancellation charge applies. We may need to change or cancel an appointment ourselves, in which case we will offer you the earliest alternative available.

Your thumb impression

Your thumb impression is used solely to locate your palm leaf. It is returned to you at the end of your consultation. If it is left behind, it is destroyed the same day. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Conduct

We ask that consultations are attended calmly and respectfully. We may end a consultation where behaviour is abusive or threatening towards Guruji or any member of our team, or where a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Recordings

Please ask before making any audio or video recording of a consultation. We do not publish or share anything discussed in your consultation.

Use of this website

The content of this site, including text, photographs and design, belongs to Shastralaya Limited unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission. We may update the site and these terms at any time; the date above shows when they were last changed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on a reading or on the content of this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
