What information we collect
- Contact details you give us when you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us: your name, phone number, email address and the content of your messages.
- Appointment details: the date, time and format (in person or online) of your consultation.
- Your thumb impression, taken or sent to us so that we can search for your palm leaf.
- Information you share during a reading, including your yes or no answers to statements read from the leaves.
- Website usage data, such as pages visited and which buttons were clicked, collected through cookies only if you agree to them.
How we use it
- To arrange, confirm and carry out your consultation (necessary to provide the service you have asked for).
- To reply to your enquiries (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us).
- To keep business and accounting records (legal obligation).
- To understand how our website and advertising perform (your consent, given through the cookie banner).
Your thumb impression is used only to search for your palm leaf. We do not use it to identify you by automated means, and we do not share it with anyone.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, messaging, website hosting and analytics providers, and only as far as necessary. Some of these providers, including Google and WhatsApp (Meta), may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of consultations are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes. Your thumb impression is returned to you at the end of your reading. If it is left behind, it is destroyed the same day.

We use essential cookies to make the site work. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies from Google to measure visits and the performance of our adverts. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the foot of each page.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy of it in a portable format. Age
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
